Will paying put my company at the top of the list?
No. The main directory will continue to be ordered by public rating and review count. Any promotional placement will be separate and clearly labeled “Sponsored.”
Does it cost anything to claim or correct my listing?
No. Correcting public information, confirming that you manage the business, or requesting removal will remain free. Payment would apply only to optional features you approve in advance.
Can I purchase a Verified Profile now?
Not yet. We are selecting the first pilot group, and there is no charge for requesting information. We will confirm the features, price, and terms in writing before activating anything.
Do you sell calls or driver information as leads?
No. Drivers continue to call the company’s public phone number directly. The program does not resell the request as a lead or add a commission to the towing service.
